Introduction to Water Skills (3- and 4-Year old’s)

Course Overview: Introduction Aims to promote the developmentally appropriate learning of fundamental water safety and aquatics skills to preschool aged children.

Introduction to Water Skills (5 Years and Over)

Course Overview: Designed to orient participants to the aquatic environment and to help them gain basic aquatic skills.

Fundamental Aquatic Skills (5 Years and over)

Course Overview: Builds on basic aquatic skills and water safety skills and concepts learned in Level 1. This level marks the beginning of independent aquatic locomotion skills.

Stroke Development Student (5 Years and over)

Course Overview: Builds on the skills in Level 2 through additional guided practice in deeper water.

Adult Swim Lessons (ages 13+)

Course Overview: This course is designed for the fearful/novice participant in order orient oneself to the aquatic environment and to help one gain basic aquatic skills. Our Adult Introduction to Water Skills lessons can help teens or adults overcome their fear of the water and to learn the basic skills to achieve a minimum level of water competency.

Course Overview: Teaches safe behaviors around the water and develops swimming readiness by leading parents and their children in water exploration activities with the objective of having fun and becoming comfortable on and around water.
